Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Service provider

https://stackmade.pl is operated by Krzysztof Słomka Irbis Software, ul. Skrzyszów 16H, 32-031 Mogilany, Poland, VAT ID 6762425965, REGON 122957261. Contact: hello@stackmade.pl.

2. Scope of the service

The site is informational: it presents what the provider does and a selection of past work. The only service provided electronically is a contact form, used solely to get in touch. Nothing is sold here, and no account or registration exists.

3. Conditions of use

Using the site is free and voluntary. A device with internet access and a current browser is enough; JavaScript is not required to read the content or to submit the form. Supplying unlawful content and interfering with the site's operation — including automated bulk submissions — is prohibited.

4. Contact form

Submitting the form is neither an offer in the legal sense nor a contract — it is an invitation to talk. The form is protected by technical anti-spam measures, including a submission rate limit; a submission classified as automated may not be delivered. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Copyright

The content, graphics, the StackMade wordmark and the layout of the site are protected by copyright and remain the property of the provider or of the parties from whom the relevant rights were obtained. Names and materials of the projects shown belong to their owners and appear for reference purposes.

6. Liability

The content is informational; it is not technical advice and not a commitment to a particular result. The provider works to keep the site available but reserves the right to maintenance interruptions and to changes in what the site presents.

7. Complaints

Complaints about the operation of the site can be sent to hello@stackmade.pl. A reply is sent within 14 days to the address the complaint came from.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may change when the law or the way the site operates changes. The current version is always available at this address together with the date of the last update. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
