1. Data controller

The controller of personal data processed in connection with the website https://stackmade.pl is Krzysztof Słomka Irbis Software, ul. Skrzyszów 16H, 32-031 Mogilany, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) 6762425965, REGON 122957261 (the “Controller”). Contact for data protection matters: hello@stackmade.pl.

2. What data we process

We process the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, project type, optional budget range and the message itself. To protect the site against abuse, the server also briefly processes your IP address and technical anti-spam signals (such as form fill time). We use no marketing cookies, build no user profiles and do not track you across websites.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process form data to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential cooperation, based on the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in handling correspondence you initiate — and, where cooperation follows, based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract). IP addresses and technical signals are processed to keep the site secure and spam-free, also under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Recipients

We entrust data to processors whose services we use to run the site: Resend, Inc. (the email delivery provider through which form submissions reach us) and Vercel, Inc. (site hosting and aggregated, cookie-free traffic analytics). These providers process data solely on our documented instructions under data processing agreements. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be disclosed to public authorities only where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Our providers (Resend, Vercel) are based in the United States, so data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). You can obtain a copy of the applicable safeguards by contacting us.

6. Retention

We keep form correspondence for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, no longer than 12 months after the exchange ends. If cooperation follows, we retain data for its duration and for periods required by law (e.g. tax regulations) or until the limitation periods for potential claims expire. IP addresses used for anti-spam protection are processed briefly in server memory and are not permanently stored.

7. Cookies

The site uses a single strictly necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your chosen language. It is a functional cookie, not used for tracking, and under the ePrivacy rules it does not require consent. Traffic analytics (Vercel Analytics) works without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data and obtain a copy of it, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to hello@stackmade.pl. We respond without undue delay, at the latest within one month.

9. Complaint to a supervisory authority

If you believe the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl) or with the supervisory authority in your EU member state.

10. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data in the form is voluntary but necessary for us to respond to your inquiry. We make no decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning you.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the law or the way the site operates changes. The current version is always available at this address, together with the date of the last update.
